The beef tartare was definitely my favorite and the rib burger was very good. Make sure to come during happy hours which is around 4-6pm for good deals!! The service is also good.

The food was really good, but what made this place special was the service. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and the whole environment of the restaurant was fantastic. I don't usually eat steak, which is why I avoided this place, but I will absolutely be back. Aside from the state, they have various other options as well. Definitely one of my favorite places in Seattle

I had been curious about this place for years and was pleasantly surprised to learn, upon my arrival, that there is a lower level to the restaurant. THIS is cool as fuck! It has a speakeasy feel to it. It's dark and intimate. The lower level is where the cool kids hang out. I have to send a shout-out to my waiter, Wade. He was a pretty cool cat who was attentive and kept my vesper martinis coming. I think I need to warn people that, depending on the cut of meat you get, you could be waiting 30 minutes as everything is prepared over flames. So, getting that right is important. This is not the restaurant's fault but I have to say it again, people in Seattle dress like trash! This is NOT the kind of place for shorts and sandals! The bar is beautiful, and the use of space is well thought out. All in all, if you are looking for a classy night out, bring your appetite and your wallet.

This was the BEST experience my husband and I have ever had dinning out! the Food, the Service, the attention to detail and the Atmosphere was TOP NOTCH! the manager Justin Doll was excellent and the (2) bartenders that took care of us were Next Level Amazing! It is refreshing to have a good experience at a restaurant these days! This restaurant is an experience you must have if you are in the Downtown Seattle area! Highly recommend!!!
